Cupping Notes: Hazelnut, honey, blackberry, molasses, plum, creamy
Varietal: Daterra’s Aramosa – This cultivar is a hybrid between Coffea Arabica and Coffea Racemosa.
Processing Method: Water Process Decaffeination, Semi-carbonic maceration – This process is inspired by the winemaking techniques, that consists of fermenting the whole coffee cherries, with less oxygen until a completely anaerobic environment is created.
